About Me
The designer who builds the engine.
I started my career doing the work: designing interfaces, writing front-end code, crafting brand identities across Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, and beyond. That hands-on foundation is still the lens through which I lead.
Today, I oversee the Customer Strategy and Design practice at the Deloitte Philippines Delivery Center, spanning three disciplines: Experience Design, Service Design, and Content Design. My role is to align the right talent with the right problems, set the standards that protect quality at scale, and make sure the work we deliver is worth putting our names on.

As Studio Lead and Delivery Manager, I built and managed a cross-border design team embedded within one of Australia’s largest banking institutions, maintaining delivery quality across compliance, accessibility, and risk standards that left no room for error

Across two concurrent engagements with New Zealand’s primary industries and health ministries, I led experience design for national-scale systems handling everything from export certification to sensitive patient-facing healthcare services.
AI-powered employee experience for a global investment firm
As Experience Design Lead, I designed a unified employee center integrating AI-driven knowledge management into ServiceNow, consolidating disconnected services into a single, intelligent interface for a globally distributed workforce.
Beyond the brief
What I build when no one is asking.
Outside of client work, I design and develop my own iOS applications, including a personal finance tracker, a habit-building workout app, and a mindfulness tool with Apple Watch integration. Building end-to-end, from concept to App Store, keeps my craft sharp and my perspective honest.
